However, the Kombucha tea does not come from tea shrubs instead it is made from a mushroom that carries the same name, Kombucha. Although most food types extracted from mushrooms is generally called a broth, the Kombucha Tea begs to differ. Making Kombucha tea is a challenge because unlike a tea in a teabag, making Kombucha tea takes five to six days to complete.Letting that particular mushroom mature first is the first step to making this tea. Kombucha tea can be made through the usual tea making process once the mushrooms are ready.
Making Kombucha tea is time consuming and this is the reason why this tea is not that popular in the West. Especially if you have to considere how people in the West lived. The Kombucha tea has many known benefits despite the fact that it is not that popular. Now would be a good time to try the Kombucha Tea.
